I believe that when we begin to live our lives in a more constructive way it makes the world a better place for everyone. I’ve always enjoyed helping people, it motivates me more than anything else. The feeling I get when I know that I have done something worthwhile for someone else, when I know that what I have done has helped someone else live a fuller life, is incomparable to anything else.
I have travelled a lot, lived in different countries and interacted with people from various backgrounds. I have also volunteered and contributed to every society I have lived in and undertook a diverse range of training (communication skills, time management, team management, leadership and strategic planning). While interacting with others, I became aware that I am a good listener and am able to help people help themselves. Throughout my life I have interacted and socialised with people from different walks of life and I have come to notice that everyone has something to offer and to add to others’ lives.
I became particularly interested in empowering people through assisting them to have more self-awareness, understand and better manage their relationships and, therefore, enjoy better lives so I decided to become qualified in the art of helping people. This is why I started my journey of discovery; discovering people’s feelings, behaviours, the way they communicate and interact with each other, and most importantly the way they improve and excel.
